Not be able to scan the document on printer using Brother multi-function printer


I’m able to print the document but not be able to scan the document for the Brother printer. It kept saying it’s sleep.

I am using Control Centre 4 app on my laptop to start the scan.

Can you help?

We assume that you are selecting the File open when you open Control Centre 4 - the Scan. Is that right?

We found that when you select the Image, it is taken a while and sometimes does not respond. But the rest of the option seems good. Potentially, this is a bug on the application or the image is too big to handle.
