How to change the Brother multifunction printer from WLAN to Wired LAN

Hi there,

We have a Brother multifunction printer - MFC-J65300DW and the original was set up using Wired LAN. But then we changed to WLAN (wireless) for testing purposes. We managed to test on WLAN and worked well.

However, now, we could not figure out how to put the Wired LAN back in. Any ideas?

Hi

Check the setting on your Brother printer’s panel. There is a setting called Network I/F.

You can find this on Settings > All Settings > Network > Network I/F.

Change from WLAN to Wired. This one should work.

On the printer’s panel, the Wifi icon should grey out - meaning the wired is using a default connection.
